The segnale character in 2moons is one of the strongest in the game, if created properly. She is the most highly sought after character. She can be used as a support for party PvE or PvP, or solo PvP or PvE, depending on how you build her. The stats that are important to her are Dex, Heal, and Spr. There are 3 basic types of builds for the segnale, which can be made into more extreme versions.

Heal/Blood- Also called balanced build or hybrid, this is good for solo fighting or party fighting. In this build you add heal and blood skills. The stats for this build would be the minimum requirements for your level weapon, and the remainder going to both Dex and Heal.

Pros- Good defense, decent attack.
Cons- Doesn't have high damage or high defense.

Curse/Blood- Also called assassin build, this is good for PvP/PvE. In this build you add curse and blood skills. The only heal skill this build would add is self heal. The stats for this build would be the minimum requirements for your level weapon, and the remainder going to Dex and Heal, mainly Dex. This build is not the best for starting out. At low levels you need the hp to level up (unless you have someone willing to help you level all the way to 80). It's best to start as balanced build, then when you get to a higher level (at least 59, 80-92 is better), you can switch to this build.

Pros- Very high damage.
Cons- Low defense. Can't handle mobs before 59 (Curse Field).

Heal/Curse - This build is for pure healers, and is meant for party only play. In this build you add only heal and curse skills. The stats for this build would be the minimum requirements for your level weapon, and the remainder going to Spr or Heal but mainly to Heal. As with assasin build, it may be better to start out as balanced build until you get to a higher level where you have more attacks, then redo stats and skills. You may want to do this until at least 59, when you have curse field, so that you can level a bit and get vouchers for df on your own. This build does not need a weapon if used ONLY for healing, as all curses and heals can be used without a weapon. You may wish to keep a weapon to use with HP/MP stones to up your health or mana.

Pros- Great for healing, high defense
Cons- No/low physical damage, cannot solo.

You may wish to add skills from all three skill trees, or use stats differently. You will have to be careful how you allot your skill/stat points, but do have fun and experiment! Create your own personal build. In order to acquire more stat points on other areas, you may keep a lower level weapon and use the stats otherwise required for new weapons on other stats. This may work differently for different builds. For builds with low defense/attack you will need to upgrade your armor/weapon to compensate.

The stat effects are as follows:
Str- Does nothing. Do not get confused about physical attack, without a weapon Str will up your physical attack, but with your weapon, it will do nothing.
Dex-Ups your physical attack, attack rate, guard rate, block rate and critical rate
Heal-Increases amount of hp/shield, decreases chances of knock back, decreases skill interruption, increases defense.
Spr-Increases amount of mana, increases magic attack, increases healing power.
